Requirements:

4+ years experience working with Linux systems (we use Debian mostly).
Experience in managing on-premises data center infrastructure.
Proficiency in configuring and managing web servers like nginx and Apache.
Experience with KVM and other virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware).
Experience with MySQL administration, preferably with Percona Cluster.
Familiarity with load balancing technologies (haproxy, proxySQL) and high availability solutions (pacemaker, heartbeat, keepalived).
Knowledge of DNS administration using PowerDNS.
Experience in scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, or Perl) for automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Administration of our Debian Linux server systems, operation of highly available, distributed systems.
Customizing of complex HA solutions, storage systems and virtualization technologies.
Administration of Kubernetes.
Monitoring of server and services.
Automate system administration tasks and deployments using Ansible, GitLab pipelines, and Kubernetes.
Support of services for key customers.
Administration databases, mostly MySQL.
Leverage automation and CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including nights/weekends) to ensure high availability and incident resolution within agreed SLAs.
