About
We are currently opening and running an excellence Research & Development center in Bucharest for a leading US company. Our client is a global provider of automated testing and assurance solutions for networks, security and positioning, whose innovative portfolio of products and services addresses the test, assurance, and automation challenges of a new generation of technologies: 5G, SD-WAN, Cloud, Autonomous Vehicles and beyond. About the project: You’ll be working on a product that is used by the top 500 Forbes companies. The product that you’ll be working on is the world’s highest performing connection rate tester for HTTP, with more than 2x the current industry standard, giving the power to push devices and networks to their limits. It has a well-structured architecture on services and microservices, that uses Docker for local application setup. We work on milestones, each milestone with a date for feature freeze, code freeze and final build.

Key responsibilities:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or possess equivalent work experience.
  • Design experience in develop single page UI application using various web technologies required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, UX designers to achieve best solutions.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and feature enhancements in existing systems and applications.
  • Work closely with other engineers to continuously improve development best practices.
  • Ability to produce clean, understandable well-tested code following best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience with JavaScript, Mobx, React Query, Redux, Docker, Webpack
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, UX designers to achieve best solutions.
  • Enterprise software product development experience is a plus.
  • Strong Experience with CSS and HTML 5development.
  • Strong experience with consuming RESTFUL API development and experience with building RESTFUL API a big plus.
  • Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility development.
  • Experience in Docker containerized architecture.
  • Experience with Nginx, Passenger or Apache or equivalent web server technology.
  • Experience with GitHub or equivalent version control web-based repositories.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tracking system in an agile development environment
  • Enterprise software product development experience is a plus.
  • Security product and industry experience desired.
